Fee for service
My practice is structured according to a "fee for service" model, meaning that payment in full is expected at the time of each visit. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. I am not an in-network provider on any health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Superbills
I am happy to provide a Superbill to you for each session. Superbills are specialized medical receipts that you can submit to your health insurance provider, asking that they reimburse you for a portion of the cost of the services provided to you by me.
